Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please email or call us at 925-768-8116 at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. We handle refunds on a case by case basis to ensure our clients are fully satisfied with all purchases and services. Players will be charged the full amount of the session for no-show and late cancellations. Cancellations are considered late if made within 24 hours of appointment time.
